1. What Cook Is

Cook is an AI-powered hook and script writing tool for UGC creators. You paste a product link, and Cook generates hooks scored on neuroscience dimensions, full scripts, and delivery notes. By using Cook, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use Cook. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Weekly plan: $7/week, billed weekly. Cancel anytime.
Annual plan: $182/year, billed annually.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period.

4. Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of your first payment by emailing hello@cookugc.com. After the 7-day window, all charges are final. Abuse of the refund policy (repeated subscribe-refund cycles) will result in account termination.

5. Your Content

You own the hooks, scripts, and content generated through Cook. You can use them for any commercial purpose including brand deals, social media, and ads. Cook does not claim ownership of your generated content.

6. Voice Fingerprint

Cook learns your writing style through your interactions (favorites, edits, deletions). This data is private to your account and is not shared with other users or used to train models for others.

7. Acceptable Use

Don't use Cook to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
Share your account credentials with others
Circumvent rate limits or billing mechanisms

8. Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the product at any time. We'll try to give notice for significant changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cook is provided "as is." We are not responsible for the performance of content you create using Cook, including views, engagement, or brand deal outcomes. BrainScores are predictions based on neuroscience research, not guarantees.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@cookugc.com. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
