Cook Founding Affiliates
Your first recurring brand deal.
Earn 25% on every referral for 12 months. First 100 founding affiliates lock in 35% × 12 months on every customer they refer during the 90-day launch window. Must be an active Cook subscriber to earn — the people who promote Cook are the people who actually use it.
100 founding spots · 35% × 12 months · 90-day launch window · Waitlist open.
This is not an MLM. No downlines. No "ranks." No quotas. No products you have to buy and resell. One commission tier, capped at 12 months, on a real software product everyone here pays for and uses. We made it this way on purpose.
Founding 100 Waitlist
The program opens soon. The list is open now.
Founding spots are offered from this list, in order, when enrollment opens. Joining the waitlist is free — earning requires an active Cook subscription.
How It Works
Three steps. That's it.
- 1
Get your link
Sign up as an affiliate inside Cook. Get your unique referral link in 10 seconds. No application, no approval wait.
- 2
Share it however you want
Put it in your bio. Mention it in stories. Send it to creator friends in DMs. Drop it in your Discord. However you promote is up to you.
- 3
25% × 12 months on every referral
Every referral pays you 25% of their subscription — every week, every month, for 12 months straight. That's roughly $98 per referred customer. Weekly or annual subscribers. No cap on how many you bring in.
The Math
Do the math.
25% on every referral, every month, for 12 months. ~$98 per customer you bring in.
How many creators will you refer?
Monthly
$81
25% recurring, paid every month
Annual
$972
$81 × 12, while they stay subscribed
Total over 12 mo
$972
~$98 per referral × your count
$81/mo recurring · ~$972 total over 12 months across 10 referrals.
Based on 70% weekly / 30% annual subscriber mix. Per-referral: $7.50/wk × 25% = $1.88/wk on weekly subs, $247/yr × 25% = $61.75/yr on annual subs. Commissions paid every month for 12 months while they stay subscribed. Founding 100 affiliates earn 35% (not 25%) on customers acquired during the 90-day launch window.
Why This Works
The only people allowed to promote Cook are Cook customers.
Anyone can promote a free tool. Only someone who actually pays for and uses Cook can authentically tell the story. That's the entire reason this works.
The personas below are illustrative scenarios, not real affiliate testimonials. All dollar figures on this page describe commission math (25% × subscription price × 12 months), not actual or typical earnings. See the Earnings Notice at the bottom of this page.
The high schooler
Tells friends at school about the tool he already pays for. Earns a commission on every friend who subscribes.
A real subscription, a real recommendation. Everyone wins.
The retired grandma
Shares her link on Facebook. Friends subscribe, she earns — no tech skills, no content schedule, no "audience" required.
The story is the marketing.
The reluctant creator
Came for the hooks, stayed for the referrals. Uses Cook on real brand deals — recommending it is just telling the truth.
Real customer journey. Real video. Cook's product becomes its own promo.
The cross-niche
Not a UGC creator at all — just knows people who are. Referrals don't care what niche you're in.
If you know creators, you can refer creators.
$30/mo isn't a tax. It's the filter.
It keeps the tire-kickers out. It makes every promoter a real customer. And it means every video promoting Cook is true — because the person making it actually uses Cook. That's why the videos convert. That's why the program will scale.
Cook Academy
Never done UGC? We'll teach you. Free.
You don't need an audience or experience to start here. Cook Academy is our free education program — it takes you from "what is UGC?" to pitching brands, TikTok Shop, and building a portfolio. Every lesson is free. The final module is this affiliate program.
Step 01
Learn
Free modules on hooks, scripts, filming, pricing, and finding brands that pay. No gatekeeping, no upsell videos.
Step 02
Cook
Every exercise runs through Cook on real products — you graduate with a portfolio you made, not a certificate you bought.
Step 03
Earn
Graduates are already Cook customers, which is the one requirement to join this program. Recommend the tool you actually use — your Academy journey is the content.
The Academy also teaches FTC disclosure properly — every graduate knows how to tag affiliate content the legal way, because it's a skill brands expect on every sponsored post.
Founding 100
Founding 100 perks.
First 100 paid Cook subscribers to join the program. Here's what you lock in.
35% × 12 months on launch-window referrals
Standard rate is 25% × 12 months. Founding 100 affiliates earn 35% × 12 months on every customer they refer during the 90-day launch window — roughly $137 per referral instead of $98. After the window, founding affiliates revert to 25% on new referrals. The 35% bonus on launch-window customers runs the full 12 months either way.
Private Slack
Direct access to the Cook team. Shape the product with your feedback.
Founding Affiliate badge
Permanent "Founding Affiliate" badge on your Cook profile and a permanent listing on this page for the first 25 to join. After the 100 spots fill, the badge cannot be earned — ever.

FTC Affiliate Disclosure
As a Cook affiliate, you must disclose your affiliate relationship in any content promoting Cook. Use #ad, #affiliate, or "affiliate link" in posts, stories, videos, and emails. This is required by 16 CFR Part 255 and the FTC Endorsement Guides — it's not optional.
Earnings Notice
Cook's affiliate program is new. Any specific dollar amounts shown on this page (e.g., "$98 per referred customer") describe how the commission math works (25% × subscription price × 12 months), not what any specific affiliate will or has earned. Most affiliates may earn nothing. Earnings depend on factors including audience size, content quality, posting frequency, and platform algorithms — none of which Cook controls. Cook will publish an Income Disclosure Statement with median, mean, and distribution data once the program has 30+ days of payout data. No income is promised, projected, or guaranteed.
Not a Pyramid or MLM
Cook's affiliate program has a single commission tier. You earn only on customers you directly refer — there are no downlines, no recruitment of recruiters, no "ranks," no quotas, and no products you have to buy and resell. Commissions are capped at 12 months per referred customer. Cook is a real software product that affiliates use; promoter status is gated to active paying customers specifically to ensure recommendations come from real users.
Tax Responsibility
U.S. affiliates earning $600+ in a calendar year will receive a 1099-NEC from Cook (or its payment processor) and are responsible for reporting affiliate income on their own tax return. Cook does not withhold taxes. Consult a tax professional with questions.
Refunds & Clawback
Cook offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If a referred customer requests a refund within that window, the affiliate commission for that customer is reversed (clawed back). Repeat refund-abusers are blacklisted from re-subscribing.
