How it works

Three steps. That's it.

1

Get your link

Sign up as an affiliate inside Cook. Get your unique referral link in 10 seconds. No application, no approval wait.

2

Share it however you want

Put it in your bio. Mention it in stories. Send it to creator friends in DMs. Drop it in your Discord. However you promote is up to you.

3

25% × 36 months on every referral

Every referral pays you 25% of their subscription — every week, every month, for 36 months straight. That's roughly $290 per referred customer. Weekly or annual subscribers. No cap on how many you bring in.

Do the math.

25% on every referral, every month, for 36 months. ~$290 per customer you bring in.

~$290 per referral × your count

$81/mo recurring · ~$2,920 total over 36 months across 10 referrals.

Based on 70% weekly / 30% annual subscriber mix. Per-referral: $7.50/wk × 25% = $1.88/wk on weekly subs, $247/yr × 25% = $61.75/yr on annual subs. Commissions paid every month for 36 months while they stay subscribed. Founding 100 affiliates earn 35% (not 25%) on customers acquired during the 90-day launch window.

Why this works

The only people allowed to promote Cook are Cook customers.

Anyone can promote a free tool. Only someone who actually pays for and uses Cook can authentically tell the story. That's the entire reason this works.

The personas below are illustrative scenarios, not real affiliate testimonials. Dollar amounts describe commission math (25% × subscription × 36 months), not actual or typical earnings. See the Earnings Notice at the bottom of this page.

The high schooler

"My kid is making $800/mo telling friends at school about it."

Pays $30/mo. Brings in 12 friends. Earns ~$3,500 over 36 months. Everyone wins.

The retired grandma

"I finally found a way to make money selling software. So easy even a grandma can do it."

Posts on Facebook. Friends sub. She earns. The story is the marketing.

The reluctant creator

"I started using Cook to land brand deals. Ended up selling software instead."

Real customer journey. Real video. Cook's product becomes its own promo.

The cross-niche

"An old woman who doesn't know what she's doing is making more than her grandkids."

Universal "if she can do it, I can" hook. Affiliate's authentic story sells it.

$30/mo isn't a tax. It's the filter.

It keeps the tire-kickers out. It makes every promoter a real customer. And it means every video promoting Cook is true — because the person making it actually uses Cook. That's why the videos convert. That's why the program will scale.

Questions? Answers.

Yes — and that's the whole point. You must have an active Cook subscription ($7.50/wk or $247/yr) to be an affiliate. The pay-to-promote rule is what makes this program work: anyone can promote a free tool, but only people who actually use Cook can authentically tell the story. If you stop subscribing, your affiliate status pauses. 30+ continuous days required before your first payout.
25% of every payment for 36 months — that's $1.88/week per weekly referral or $61.75/year per annual referral, paid every month for 3 years straight. Total payout per referred customer: ~$290. Founding 100 affiliates earn 35% (not 25%) on customers acquired during the 90-day launch window — total payout ~$410 per launch-window customer.
Monthly via Stripe Connect. Commissions clear 30 days after each referral payment to protect against refunds.
Commission on that specific referral ends. You stop earning from them, but every other referral on its own 36-month clock keeps paying. The 36-month term protects both sides: you get a defined payout you can plan against, Cook can keep investing in the product.
No. Unlimited referrals, unlimited commissions.
Commission is clawed back. 7-day money-back guarantee refunds void the commission.
Founding 100 affiliates earn 35% × 36 months on every customer they refer during the 90-day launch window (~$410 per referral). Standard rate is 25% × 36 months (~$290 per referral). After the launch window closes, founding affiliates revert to 25% on new referrals. Founding also gets private Slack, early features, the permanent badge, and the first 25 get a permanent listing on this page. Once 100 spots fill, the program closes to new founding members.
Stripe Connect Express. Takes 2 minutes to set up. Payouts go directly to your bank monthly.
No. There is exactly one commission tier — you earn 25% on customers you refer, never on customers referred by people you bring in. No downlines. No "ranks." No quotas. No products you have to buy and resell. Commissions are capped at 36 months. Cook is a real software product everyone here pays for and uses; the "must be a paying customer" rule is the filter that keeps it that way. Pyramid schemes pay primarily for recruitment with no real product underneath — Cook is structurally the opposite.
We don't know — and anyone who tells you they know is lying. Earnings depend on your audience, content, posting frequency, niche, and platform algorithms. Most affiliates may earn nothing. The numbers shown on this page (e.g., "$290 per referred customer") describe the commission math (25% × subscription price × 36 months), not anyone's actual earnings. Cook will publish a full Income Disclosure Statement with median, mean, and earnings distribution once the program has 30+ days of data.
Yes. The FTC requires you to disclose affiliate relationships in any promotional content. Add #ad, #affiliate, or "affiliate link" to your posts, stories, and videos when promoting Cook. This isn't optional — it's the law, and Cook's affiliate terms require it.

Stop leaving money on the table.

Every creator you know needs Cook. You might as well get paid for telling them.

FTC Affiliate Disclosure

As a Cook affiliate, you must disclose your affiliate relationship in any content promoting Cook. Use #ad, #affiliate, or "affiliate link" in posts, stories, videos, and emails. This is required by 16 CFR Part 255 and the FTC Endorsement Guides — it's not optional.

Earnings Notice

Cook's affiliate program is new. Any specific dollar amounts shown on this page (e.g., "$290 per referred customer") describe how the commission math works (25% × subscription price × 36 months), not what any specific affiliate will or has earned. Most affiliates may earn nothing. Earnings depend on factors including audience size, content quality, posting frequency, and platform algorithms — none of which Cook controls. Cook will publish an Income Disclosure Statement with median, mean, and distribution data once the program has 30+ days of payout data. No income is promised, projected, or guaranteed.

Not a Pyramid or MLM

Cook's affiliate program has a single commission tier. You earn only on customers you directly refer — there are no downlines, no recruitment of recruiters, no "ranks," no quotas, and no products you have to buy and resell. Commissions are capped at 36 months per referred customer. Cook is a real software product that affiliates use; promoter status is gated to active paying customers specifically to ensure recommendations come from real users.

Tax Responsibility

U.S. affiliates earning $600+ in a calendar year will receive a 1099-NEC from Cook (or its payment processor) and are responsible for reporting affiliate income on their own tax return. Cook does not withhold taxes. Consult a tax professional with questions.

Refunds & Clawback

Cook offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If a referred customer requests a refund within that window, the affiliate commission for that customer is reversed (clawed back). Repeat refund-abusers are blacklisted from re-subscribing.
